We are Guru Collective, a team of passionate wedding and event photographers based in Cairo, Egypt. We have been photographing weddings for around 20 years, and we still feel lucky every time a couple trusts us with their day.
The bride and groom are our first priority, as people before clients. A wedding is one of the most personal days of your life, and we treat it that way. We listen, we learn who matters to you, and we make sure you feel looked after from the first message to the final gallery.
We value the human element above everything else: the laughter, the nerves, the hug from your dad, the friends who refuse to leave the dance floor. Those moments are why we do this, and they are what we photograph.
Twenty years in, we know how a wedding day runs, where the light will be, and when to step in with a little direction so you never feel posed. Then we step back and let the day happen.
